A frozen yoghurt bark packed with berries, peanut butter and crunch


This frozen yoghurt bark is the perfect mix of creamy, crunchy and fruity. Made with Henties Strawberry Delight Smoothies, peanut butter and toasted almonds, its a fun treat for warm afternoons, movie nights or quick snacks straight from the freezer.

Recipe Snapshot

Ingredients

  •  2 Henties Strawberry Delight Smoothies
  • 4 cups plain yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp Henties Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds1 tbsp slivered almonds

Method

  1. Mix the smoothies and yoghurt together until smooth. 
  2. Line a tray with baking paper and spread the mixture evenly.
  3. Warm the peanut butter slightly and swirl it over the top. 
  4. Sprinkle over the chia seeds and almonds. 
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  6. Break into pieces or cut into squares before serving. 

Tips

  • Add fresh berries before freezing for extra texture.
  • Drizzle with melted dark chocolate for a richer version.
  • Swap almonds for granola for a breakfast inspired snack.
