Crunchy homemade granola with peanut butter and chocolate
This crunchy granola is packed with oats, nuts, peanut butter and chocolate for the perfect balance of wholesome and indulgent. Make a batch ahead of time and keep it ready for busy mornings, road trips or afternoon snack breaks. The combination of crunchy oats and chocolate makes every bite hard to resist.

Ingredients
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup nuts or seeds
- ½ cup Henties Peanut Butter
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- 3 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat the oven to 160°C and prepare a muffin tray.
- Heat the peanut butter, honey and oil until smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Combine the oats, nuts, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl.
- Pour over the peanut butter mixture and stir well.
- Spread onto the tray and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Allow to cool completely before adding chocolate chips.
- Store in an airtight container.
Serving Ideas
- Sprinkle over yoghurt and fruit.
- Add to smoothie bowls for extra crunch.
- Enjoy as an easy grab and go snack.
