Creamy smoothie popsicles for fruity snack time fun
These smoothie popsicles turn everyday snack time into something exciting. Made with Henties Smoothies and frozen fruit, they’re creamy, refreshing and perfect for busy afternoons, lunchbox surprises or cooling down after sport.

Ingredients
- 2 cups Henties Smoothie
- ½ cup yoghurt
- 1 to 2 tbsp Henties Honey or maple syrup
- ½ cup fresh fruit
Method
- In a bowl or jug, whisk together the smoothie, yoghurt and honey until smooth.
- Add fruit pieces into the popsicle moulds if using.
- Pour the smoothie mixture into the moulds and gently tap to remove air bubbles.
- Insert sticks and freeze for 4 to 6 hours or overnight.
- Run warm water over the moulds to release the popsicles.
Tips
- Add granola for a breakfast inspired frozen snack.
- Swirl in peanut butter for extra flavour and creaminess.
- Add coconut or pineapple for a tropical twist.
