This peanut butter popcorn bark is crunchy, chocolatey and made for sharing. Easy to break apart and packed with texture, this recipe is a fun twist on classic popcorn treats and perfect for anyone who loves sweet and salty flavours together.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups popped popcorn
  • 200 g white or milk chocolate
  • ½ cup Henties Smooth Peanut Butter
  • ¼ cup crushed peanuts
  • Sea salt flakes

Method

  1. Line a tray with baking paper and spread the popcorn evenly.

  4. Stir the peanut butter into the melted chocolate.
  5. Pour the mixture over the popcorn and gently coat.

  8. Break into pieces before serving.
